Information we collect

When you contact us or use an estimate page, appointment request page, or private customer portal, you may provide your name, service address, mobile number, email address, project details, project photos, preferred appointment dates and arrival windows, portal messages, and your decision to accept or decline an estimate. If you request an appointment change, explain a decline, or update your contact details, we receive that information too. Our website and service providers may process basic technical information needed to serve the pages, deliver an owner notification, and keep the service working.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, review and approve appointment requests, prevent scheduling conflicts, create and deliver estimates, record estimate responses, maintain customer portal conversations, arrange and perform services, answer questions, and maintain business records. Approved appointment details may be included in a private calendar feed used by Eric to manage the work schedule. With your permission, we may text you a link to review an estimate and send related service follow-ups. We do not use this estimate-text program to send marketing promotions.

Customer portals, scheduling, and notifications

Messages, appointment requests, project photos, and appointment-change requests submitted through the website are stored with that customer’s business records and are visible to The Dad Bod Handyman LLC. When a customer sends a message or appointment request, the website may send Eric a browser notification identifying that a customer wrote. Portal records are for project communication and are not public. Customers should keep their private portal link confidential.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share your mobile number, text-message opt-in information, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide the information needed to service providers that host our site, manage estimates, or deliver our messages, solely to operate those services, or disclose information when required by law.

Text message frequency varies with your estimate and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the number that texted you to opt out of further estimate texts, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at requests@db-handyman.com or 904-666-9167.

Your choices and questions

You can ask us about information you provided or request a correction by emailing requests@db-handyman.com. You can stop estimate text messages at any time as described above. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies this version.
